How to Use the Bundt Pan
The Nordic Ware Platinum Collection Anniversary Bundt Pan can accommodate 10 to 15 cup cake recipes. Even though the pan is nonstick, greasing the interior will help ensure that the cake comes out cleanly. A light dusting of flour can also be added before pouring the batter in.
When the cake is done, let it cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from the pan. If it does not release easily the first time, run a rubber spatula down the edges. Never use metal utensils as it may scratch and ruin the nonstick coating.
When you are ready to take the cake out of the pan, place a plate that is larger than the cake over the top of the Bundt pan. Use the pan handles to invert the cake onto the plate.
Cleaning the Bundt pan is easy. Let it soak in hot soapy water for a few minutes and then hand wash.
If you wish, you can decorate or ice the cake after it has completely cooled.
