¼ cup milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. flour
5 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup sugar


Easy Crust Directions
  1. Mix the crushed Grahams, ¼ cup sugar and butter.
  2. Place in an 11 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit and wait for 8 minutes.

  1. Mix all the remaining ingredients making sure it is smooth. Put butter on the sides of the crumb-lines baking pan. Pour the last mixture.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the product inside for about an hour.
